Detectives at central police station Kampala are investigating circumstances under which a female employee at United Bank of Africa went missing.
The victim has been identified as Barbra Zalwango 36 years of age and a resident of Lunyo in Entebbe municipality Wakiso district.
Luke Owoyesigire the Kampala metropolitan police spokesperson says Zalwango’s husband one Mabusi reported a case of missing person who is his wife after she was last seen at Shoprite on Saturday on Entebbe road .
She was reportedly on her way to their farm in Kakiri but all her numbers have since gone off.
The police mouthpiece adds that police have summoned her sister for her statement because she is the one who was with Zalwango before she went missing.
Barbra Zalwango becomes the second worker of United Bank of Africa worker to go missing under mysterious circumstances following another employee John Francis Kajumba who was kidnapped and murdered and his body was found dumped in Busega in January last year.
