Two Kenyan Nationals Arrested For Snatching a Woman’s Bag In Serena Hotel

Detectives at central police station CPS Kampala are holding two Kenyan Nationals over allegations of snatching a woman’s bag in Serena hotel on Tuesday night.

The arrested suspects have been identified as Peter Kamau Wanja a male adult and a resident of Nyeri Central Municipality in kanya and a one Chrispin Kanyuira Macharia Nyandarua North also in Kenya.

According to police, the two Kenyans are always in these big hotels from Monday to Sunday and well dressed whereby its hard for one to identify that they are thugs adding that they only target rich people who come for their business meetings in hotels and they slowly steal the bags which always contain documents properties like laptops and also hard cash money.

Police adds that they have been stealing in Serena, Shelton, and Gold Tupli in wandegeya, Liquid Silk among other hotels until they were arrested on Tuesday from Serena hotel after CCTV Cameras captured them.

However they were saved by police officer after the angry residents had gathered and started beating them but police rescued them and are currently being detained at CPS Kampala pending to be charged in courts of law.

Police further told us how these two Kenyans have a group of ladies whom they steal together and they are been looked for because as police we have viewed all the foot-ages from CCTV cameras of different hotels and gotten their faces and they will be arrested anytime from now and be added on their fellow people whom we are arrested this week.
